I have been actively involved in the teaching of chemistry courses and supervision of research students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels for the past 22 years. I have academic and professional experiences in the following broad areas; general chemistry, isolation and characterization of bioactive compounds from natural sources, plant volatiles and aroma constituents, metals and contaminants in foods, drugs and medicinal plants.
